Make your own DIY After Sun Soothing Spray•

No body likes to get sun burnt, yet occasionally even the best of us can get caught out. Sunburn can lead to skin irritation, discomfort, pain, itching and other nasty things.
The next time you or your little ones are uncomfortable from a day in the sun, remember, essential oils can become your best friend. Our after-sun soothing spray made with essential oils will soothe the skin, calm the senses and relax you, all at the same time as helping the skin to heal.
Make your own DIY After Sun Soothing Spray

1 cup aloe vera juice
¼ cup doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon vitamin E
8 drops Lavender oil
8 drops Melaleuca oil
8 drops Peppermint oil
Using an empty glass spray bottle, simply place all of the ingredients into the bottle and shake to combine!
You can find aloe vera juice at most local health food shops and online retaillers.
Tip: Shake before each use to incorporate all ingredients. Spray onto skin as needed and enjoy its soothing benefits.
