Having spent almost half of my life with allergies (I’m still gaining new ones...) and the last 6/7 years with ill health due to chronic illnesses, Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. I have researched, tested and fully believe in the positive impact we have on our mind, body, health and wellbeing with the products that we use.... Wait for the best bit... at the same time reducing our impact & footprint on the earth.
