Although this bread does not contain yeast there is a still a slight chance of cross contamination due to the trays being used, whilst cleaned between uses we do not advise eating this bread due to the slight risk if you are allergic to yeast.

This product has a shelf life of 4-5 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. 
Store in a cool dry place.
During warm conditions shelf life will be reduced, If freezing, freeze on day of arrival.
